How the Review Process Works

  4. Revision — any corrections, clarifications, or additional caveats raised by the reviewer are implemented.
  5. Publication — the page is published with the "Medically reviewed" label and the review date.
  6. Periodic re-review — pages are re-reviewed when new evidence is published, when the topic evolves, or when the "last reviewed" date exceeds 12 months.

Conflicts of Interest

Our Medical Review Board members have no financial interest in:
